I feel much better without them and I have been wondering why. Now I know. I haven't eaten night shade vegetables (potatoes, tomatoes and eggplant) for a quite a while. It was as thoug...Don't seem to eat as much now. It was as though the grains, beans & potatoes caused me to crave food all the time; to the point where I was over eating and over weight.
